Annie Mist Thorisdottir works as a professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also is a coach and trainer. Annie is the first woman to win at the CrossFit Games twice. She won the CrossFit Games in 2010 and finished second. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is an athlete in weightlifting CrossFit and a media star. She became famous for becoming the first female to win taken home twice at the CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, and in 2017, she won her first Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie together with her parents and her siblings, was birthed in Reykjavik Iceland. Annie was an avid sportsperson and started working out at an early age. The first time she participated was time in 2009 in CrossFit Games held in California in which she performed extremely well. Annie Thorisdottir is, as of 2021, is 31 years old. Her height is 5'7" and she weighs around 67kg. Annie began CrossFit when she was in California. She was able to perform quite well through the first couple of competitions. She finished amongst the top 10 out of more than 70. Even though she wasn't able to win any of the titles, she finished with eleventh place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. With the guidance of Jami Tikkanen, Annie finished 2nd in CrossFit Games and was awarded a Silver medal that same year. Following that she was a participant in CrossFit Games and won them because of her dominating performances. She became the first woman to be the winner of CrossFit Games. Annie was a winner, having outstanding 2012 CrossFit Games performance, became the first woman in history to win each of the CrossFit Games. A silver medal was won in 2014. In 2021, she was awarded an award of bronze in the CrossFit Games. Annie is a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. In the last few years, as an athlete, Annie is a model of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae among many other brands. Additionally, she owns a self-titled Youtube channel with a few thousand followers where her workout video clips, diet and travel vlogs are uploaded.
