Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also coaches and trains. Annie is the only woman to has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive seasons. She was second in both the 2010 and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelander weightlifter, CrossFit athlete and a media celebrity is one of the CrossFit athlete from Iceland. She won CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice, becoming the first female winner. In addition, she is famous as having been the winner of the Dubai Fitness Competition in both 2013 and 2017. Annie was raised through her mother and father at Reykjavik Iceland. Since a young time, she was a huge sports enthusiast and loved exercising. She was awarded numerous medals at school events. Her first participation was time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games in California and did well. Annie Thorisdottir has 31 years of age (as at 2021). She stands 5'7 tall and weighs approximately 67 kg. Annie started CrossFit in California, in 2009. Annie did very well in the initial races and placed in the top 10 out of 70. While she did not take home any titles however she was able to finish in the 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. In CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen she finished second place, and also won an Olympic silver medal that same year. Because of her outstanding performances, she was able to win her first CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie is the only female who has ever won consecutive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to her outstanding performance. In addition, she was awarded a medal of silver in 2014 as well as an award of bronze at the CrossFit Games in 2021. Annie has been coaching and training at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was founded by Annie. Annie, who is gaining fame for her athletic abilities has been featured in commercials for sports products such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration's sidekick Yerbae Renewal Periodization Transparent Labs, among other. She also has her own Youtube channel named "Annie" and has more than 1000 viewers. The channel is where she uploads videos about eating habits, parenting and traveling.
