Her most famous work is her role on the show Power Rangers Time Force as Jen Scotts, Ted Mosbys Sister Heather in How I Met Your Mother and Kendra Burke n Saving Grace. Felicity played a character who appeared frequently on ABC's Red Widow. She started acting in her mothers local high school productions at the age of four, and she began dancing and singing lessons in the age of eight. Miss Pre-Teen Virginia was her title in the year 1991. Also, she was crowned first as Miss Junior America's first runner-up. While a student in high school in Brooke Point High School she continued acting and served as president of a number groups, among them The Honor Thespians. Cahill was awarded the highest score of all her peers during the audition for drama in the Governors School for the Arts in her sophomore year. In the year following her high school graduation, 1998, she enrolled in Marymount Manhattan College in New York with an academic and performing arts scholarship.
